Whilst every effort has been made to maintain our prices and collections for as long as possible, due to currency fluctuations and other increased cost, we reserve the right to withdraw ranges and alter prices without notification.

- Prices are valid for 15 days or otherwise specified
- All back orders are subject to the prices ruling at the time of delivery.
- Any order which may arise from the quotation and final written confirmation is subject to the availability of fabric.
- Minimum orders for:
- Tablecloths: 20 per colour per size
- Chair covers: 100 per colour per size
- Tie backs: 100 per colour per size
- Runners: 20 per colour per size
- Overlays: 20 per colour per size
- Serviettes: 100 per colour per size
- Any orders less than the minimum will attract an additional 20%
- Ownership of goods shall not be passed to the customer until full payment is received.
Passing of risk is affected upon delivery of the goods by ZAF Distributors CC to the customer or upon collection of such goods by the customer or the appointed transporting agent.
- Credits / Claims
- Will not be issued unless goods are flawed or incorrectly supplied. Necessary documentation must be supplied to process credit
- Will not be issued on discontinued fabrics purchased
- No order will be accepted for credit once it has been cut or made up
- A 25% handling fee will be levied on all goods returned for credit, and only if by prior arrangement. Orders less than R500.00 will not be considered for credit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt, prior to usage to confirm that the goods are correct in all aspects in design, colour, and fabric type.
No refunds/Exchange of goods after 7 days from date of delivery
- Our Courier companies will not accept any goods from clients for credit unless authorized by ZAF Distributors CC by means of a goods return form.
- Terms of Payment:
- 50% payment. Balance on completion before delivery / collection / postage.
A formal purchase order or signed pro-forma is required before production of goods occurs.
Goods will not leave our offices unless full payment is received or prior arrangements have been made
- O.D Clients are kindly requested to have their payments ready, so as not to delay our drivers. Our drivers are unable to leave goods without payment. We reserve the right to withdraw deliveries to clients who persistently delay our drivers.
- O.D clients from out laying areas requesting us to dispatch goods to transport company for delivery are requested to deposit the money into our bank account immediately, send proof of payment to 0833078060 or email scanned deposit slip to Hamieda@zafdist.co.za
- PLEASE NOTE THAT IF PAYING CASH, CLIENTS ARE LIABLE FOR THE CASH DEPOSIT FEES
- Electronic Payments / Bank Transfers
- All internet or Bank Transfers must include your Company name
- All Cheque deposits must allow 7 (seven) working days Clearance
- All Electronic Payments MUST reflect on our bank Statement with your company name before goods are dispatched.
- Allow for possible shrinkage in fabrics that has cotton content. Different fabrics shrink by varying amounts an allowance of 3.5% is advised when giving measurements
- Variation in dye lots will occur from piece to piece, so please check colour before use
- Approximate delivery period: 3 days – 3 weeks provided materials are available at date of formal purchase order and 50% deposit.
Delivery date is approximate and the company shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery from whatever cause. However, every effort will be made to ensure timeous delivery
- Free delivery within a 70km radius ex our offices being in Pretoria with a minimum order of R12 000.00
- Clients are requested to inform us of changes in physical address or any other relevant company information

Washing Instructions
- All linen must be washed and ironed before use.
- Do not use Bleach/Harsh Chemicals/Fabric softeners.
- Warm Wash (Max 40degrees Celsius).
- Do Not Tumble Dry.
- Cool Iron where necessary.
- Allow 3-5% shrinkage on Cotton Content Fabrics
